1. Who I am

Alex V. Nita provides professional services in AI systems, automation, data, brand, web, SEO, and related distribution work for clients in the Netherlands and Europe.

2. Website use

You may browse this website for lawful, professional purposes. Do not misuse the site (for example by attempting to disrupt service, scrape in a way that harms performance, or submit malicious content through forms).

Site content is provided for general information. It is not a public offer to contract at published prices. Engagements start only after written confirmation of scope.

3. Fixed-scope services

Work is typically offered as fixed-scope engagements with clear outcomes. A proposal or statement of work will describe deliverables, timeline, assumptions, and commercial terms.

Anything outside the agreed scope requires a change request or a new engagement. Verbal discussions do not replace the written scope.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, feedback, materials, and decisions reasonably needed to deliver the work. Delays on the client side may shift timelines.

You confirm that materials you supply (copy, data, brand assets, access credentials) may lawfully be used for the project.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how remain mine; custom deliverables created specifically for you transfer or are licensed to you as stated in the project agreement upon full payment.

Website text, design, and marks on alexvnita.com remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy the site design or marketing materials for commercial reuse without permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties should treat non-public business information shared during an enquiry or engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public.

7. Liability

Services are provided with professional care appropriate to a freelance / independent practice. To the extent permitted by mandatory Dutch law, liability for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm) is excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing on this website creates a guarantee of particular business results.

8. Availability

I aim to keep the website available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from the website or from services described here are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you qualify as a consumer.
